> Can I cancel or change my appointment?
You can change or cancel your appointment up to 7 days before the date of the session. After that 100% of the cost will be charged.
This is because we are not able to re-allocate the appointment to another client, and the session will be lost. If you know in advance you are not able to attend please tell us (even if this is less than 7 days), in case someone else can benefit from the free session.
