Virtual Clinics: Wednesday & Thursday mornings

I am a Clinical Psychologist currently working in private practice. I have 9 years of clinical experience across a wide range of settings, including mental and physical health in the NHS. In my work I draw on a number of therapy models and approaches including cognitive behavioural models, systemic and integrative approaches to understanding mental health conditions.

My specialist interest and training lie within the Psychoanalytic/Psychodynamic Psychotherapy model of work with adolescents and adults, which particularly focuses on the inner world and its influence on relationships and problems. I am an accredited Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy (DIT) Practitioner. Aside from working therapeutically with individuals, and I have also trained in working with groups and organisations.

My most recent work has involved tailoring and facilitating team building days for professionals groups, and consulting to teams with healthcare organisations. Every intervention I offer is tailored according to the individual’s or the teams / organisational needs. I offer both short-term and long-term therapy in English and Bulgarian to adults and adolescents.
